Is it worth it to do what you have to do to win the big one? The year round systematic training, fundraising, recruiting (if you are a private school), and the 65-80 hour in-season schedules for coaches. Or. Do you prefer a program that is not so demanding, less obsessed, that can manage a more reasonable schedule for players throughout the year and in-season for coaches...that can still win?

Webb probably does less offseason work than the majority of schools, Roderique encourages kids to do other things. BUT when its time for football its all or nothing.

seems to work pretty well
