Corn and soybean prices hit their peak in 2012 and have been falling like a rock ever since then. The price has dropped no more this year than the previous 7 years. Tariffs with China have little to do with it.

Worldwide farmers went nuts when prices were high and they started planting every acre they could run a tractor over,,,there developed a glut of grain and prices started falling. It’s called Supply and Demand

I do agree they shouldn’t be subsidized because of something they created themselves. I don’t think any business should ever get a dime of taxpayer money.

I also though don’t believe in social welfare. People get hungry and cold enough they will get food and shelter on their own

The entire point of my post is that it’s ridiculous to pay the farmers 14 billion dollars of MY money. It clearly is an example of socialism. That was obvious to anyone who can read above the fifth grade level. You kind of say that in your 4th paragraph.

Your first 3 paragraphs are a total waste of your time and mine. Reading your drivel is as big a waste of time as reading Diaper Dan’s poorly thought out opinions or miller’s confused economically challenged nearly retarded ramblings.

When I think of all the infrastructure we could have built with the money president cheney wasted in Iraq and how many kids we could save with healthcare if we didn’t pay these farmers 14.5 billion it makes me even more angry that our education system couldn’t help you, Miller, candy ass Dan and gun retard Winchester attain the critical thinking skills required to vote for better people. Try doing a simple google search for historical soybean prices. I know real facts have no place in your world but try looking at soybean prices for the last ten years. They peaked in 2012 and went down a heck of a lot more under Obama than they have under Trump and his tariffs.
