It appears the ' House of Representatives " will have the responsibility of selecting our next President.

I'm not sure if this would be fair for Don Trump since the House is controlled by Democrats. A tie is possible.

i can see Don Trump and the Republicans not on board with the constitution on this one. Don Trump has stated on many occasions " He is a Constitution Dude "

It doesn’t matter if the Democrats Control the house. Each state contingent only gets one vote. So Montana will have exactly the same power as California (each member does not get a vote,,,it’s one vote for each state)

The Republicans Control more state delegations than democrats so it should be an easy win for Trump if that would happen

It won’t come to that, Biden is going to win easily
