Most coaches would take the Florida job because it is easier to recruit and although Florida has high expectations I don’t think it is as high as Nebraska. IMO Nebraska shot themselves in the foot (in football at least) when they left for the Big 10. Nebraska-Iowa is never going to be the rivalry that Nebraska-Oklahoma was and Nebraska lost a lot of its recruiting base in Texas.
I think Frost will choose Nebraska though. While I think Nebraska’s days of being a perinnial elite power are over I think he can get them back to a top 25 caliber program in a few years.

Nebraska never should have gotten ride of Frank Solich.
If he picks Florida he has a built in recruiting base right there... He is on the SEC but the usually the easier side the compete in. More and more folks in the state are coming to love him..
At Nebraska, it will no doubt be tougher to recruit. There was a time that it would have been considered the better job. I love the idea of someone that goes to a place that may not be as glamorous because it is "home". And can you imagine his status in that state if he returns and takes them back to national prominence? Not sure what he will do, but would love to see him go back to Nebraska.

When I still enjoyed watching a football game, OU was the game I always made sure to watch. Such a long history there
I can’t express how happy it makes me to see Nebraska football fall from glory the way it has.

I miss the old Big 8 days. Should have never joined up with the Texas school's. Too bad money got in the way of great football. Killed some great rivalries. Plus I would take option football over spread crap any day of the week.

Mullens has the florida job, if I were him I would wait for something better, Nebraska screwed up on solich and haven't hired well since
If Florida offers you take it. If he fails at Florida he can get another job on the same level as Nebraska. If he fails at Nebraska he will never sniff a job like Florida. Strike while the iron is hot, make some money because in college coaching you will be fired st some point.
