I'm not sure of their talent level. I thought I heard their coach say he lost half their team to the new schoolIf Holt drops to class 4 how will they enter into the mix in 4?

Summit for all intents and purposes should move up to Class 5.Have to see where classes fall out but, as of today, I like three teams to strongly contend for the C4 title: Hannibal, Ritter and Kearney with Smithville a dangerous longshot come November. Not really finding anyone else (Rockwood Summit perhaps? unless they move to C5).............
Good to see you STL posters on the board so early!!!!!!Summit for all intents and purposes should move up to Class 5.
Sheldon "likey" anything..!WHOA HOOOO!!!! Bosko likey!!!
No way Lutheran St. Charles will be Class 4. Their current success factor has them bumping up one class and their enrollment last year was over 30 kids lower than the biggest Class 2 school. They'd have to have a raw enrollment that puts them into Class 3 for them to be in Class 4. Lutheran North will also stay in Class 3 because their enrollment is 191 unless they gained 150 new students last year.Lutheran St. Charles will be Class 4 for sure with their 1-class bump. Lutheran North, as long they turned in a number above 180 (believe they did) will be Class 4 as well. Class 2 raw number and a 2-class bump. There was a lot of talk about St. Mary's staying Class 4 despite a 2-class bump. I think their enrollment took a pretty big hit and would drop them to Class 2 raw number...then up 2 to Class 4.
Cardinal Ritter will be a heavy favorite in Class 4. They got two more East St. Louis transfers that will no doubt be eligible right away. Hilarious. That makes 5 or 6 total ESL transfers (Boyd brothers, Clayborne, and these two). I doubt very much any of them moved across the river. They also have their junior RB back that missed all of last season due to undisclosed reasons. He will help them immensely. Comical what is happening in the STL area and MSHSAA can't/won't do anything to slow it down.
They lost 50% of their enrollment over the last two years to North Point, but the Indians return pretty much all of their key returners and should be a force if they drop into Class 4. Should have a good offense again and a great defensive line.I'm not sure of their talent level. I thought I heard their coach say he lost half their team to the new school

St. Mary's had a very small freshman class last year and another very small incoming class this summer too. If they don't stay in Class 4 then they'll most likely go back down next year.
Luteran St. Charles was Class 3 last year and would've been in the middle of the pack in Class 2 if not for the success factor. They stay in Class 3. Lutheran North should also stay in Class 3 because their raw enrollment puts them into the lower half of Class 2, but their success factor has them in Class 3, which is where they stop at. I'm looking at how the projected numbers with the new format would look like using last years enrollments. Their current success factor points have them bumping up one class. With the new class breakdowns, the Class 2 to 3 cut will be near 310-320. Right where LSC has been. They could be class 3 and bump to 4.
Lutheran North at 190 would be Class 2 with the new class breakdowns (36 schools in class 1, last year was 60) and then bump to 4. I think that one is happening. LSC, that’s on the fence I suppose.
Easy there, CLOWN!!! Go back and look at my "likey" post history. My likeys are pretty specific. NICE TRY CLOWN!!!Sheldon "likey" anything..!
