I Called it MGHS, you said it wouldn't happen.

My question, if found guilty of inciting the rioters to overrun the Capital. Could these people be held liable for the death the officer buy the rioters? My understanding is you can be found guilty in some states of manslaughter, if you are found to have encouraged that person to commit the crime.

Totally agree, hell I have close family relations that will not speak to me right now because I dared to say Trump lost the election fair and square. It is sad how he divided this country and families over these false calms.
I'm pretty sure my wife could get in that category real easy but since we're not gettin out much we have to talk to somebody. :p

Correct, but studies have proven under certain circumstances that even intelligent people make bad decision. Again I am by no way condoning what was done. You get that many people together there is always going to be an agitator and many others who will blindly follow.

I have been at a football game and somebody yell after a tackle you missed the facemask when clearly there was no facemask, yet before you know it 2,000 other people in the stands are yelling you missed the facemask and booing the officials when clearly nobody saw it and it never happened!

Herd mentality, mob mentality and pack mentality, also lesser known as gang mentality, describes how people can be influenced by their peers to adopt certain behaviors on a largely emotional, rather than rational, basis. When individuals are affected by mob mentality, they may make different decisions than they would have individually.
Not disputing anything you say, even intelligent people exhibit ignorance on occasions strickly by their choice.
