Cutting taxes during a time of great economic prosperity causes inflation.

Giving handouts to everyone in the country knowing that most will spend the money will cause inflation.

when supply chain issues reduce the availability of goods it causes inflation.

We all know all those things. There is no need to use terms like cognitive dissonance or insult anyone unless you are just feeling insecure or guilty about something.

4.70 % in 2021
1.23 % in 2020
1.81% in 2019

How do you explain that inflation went down in 2019 and 2020?

It was in June of 2020 that Trump and both parties agreed on 6 trillion and gave the first handouts. By 2021 there was a big rise in inflation. Please explain how those tariffs in Jan 2018 caused inflation when the numbers the next two years disagree with that statement? Shouldn’t the tariffs have caused more inflation in 2019 as more tariffs were imposed on more goods? It wasn’t the case and I need you to explain why the reported numbers still disagree with your statement the tariffs started the inflation The numbers just don’t agree. The numbers would actually indicate that the tariffs reduced inflation unless something else happened in 2018 or 2019 to cause them to go down and you can’t say the pandemic because it wasn’t until March of 2020 the first lockdowns occurred in New York. It’s ok to admit some things trump did worked for America just like there is some good Biden has done.

I’m just reporting numbers that showed it wasn’t until the handouts occurred that inflation occurred. You can continue to attack me instead of using numbers and data to support the argument. My argument has numbers showing it wasn’t tariffs and inflation went down before lockdowns and continued down until money was handed out. You guys have given no data to support your argument. Tariffs start Jan 2018. Inflation doesn’t occur until after the big money handouts in 2020 and rise in 2021. Please explain how the tariffs caused this? Just because the three of you can only try to insinuate I’m slow instead of using data shows you all have cognitive dissonance and are apparently NPCs. You have given nothing to support your stance.
