Counting all levels, how many basketball games do you think you have been to this season?

I started counting at the beginning of this season and my current count is 80. It will be 88 after this weekend.

Between broadcasting and watching as a fan I’ve been to 60. I’ve paid to go to 4 of them total. Haha

I think I have paid for about 25% of the 80 games. I keep score for SJCS games, so I have gotten in free for their games and any tournaments they have been in. However, I would still go to as many games if I had to pay for them.

I haven't kept track in the last 3 years or more but when asked that question several times some years back I did keep count for about 3 years. The most I saw when keeping count was 253. I doubt I have seen less than 150 in the last 10 or 12 years. This is JR High boys and girls, JV and Varsity boys and girls plus Juco men and women's games. I've only been to a couple SEMO women's games in the last 5 years and about that at ASU men and women. Didn't see any Jr High games this year, but now I see a few kinder hoops and middle school games since I have two grandsons playing. :p

I would love to go to more, but have to balance it with other parts of my life too.

..... For many years we kept track on the poster size schedule and normally would tally around 205-225 by seasons end. That includes a few summer games, Jr High, 9th, JV, Varsity girls and boys. When we attend a tournament we stay for ALL games and of course we always attend the final-four and that racks em up purdy quick...
So, 200+ games is not that difficult to reach..

No it's not, I see 20 or more every year at the Twin Rivers girl's tourney and a lot of the P.B. showdown games. I haven't been to the Bloomfield boy's tournament for a while but you can see all you want there too. We've had several HS prelim games at 3R on Saturdays staring at 11:30 and I usually watch those before the main event that night. I don't even travel as much as I used with the Raider men and women and not very far for the P.B. boys and girls. Always something closer to home at the small schools around here. :D

I'm too old to keep track, but I did watch 4 full games and part of a fifth game yesterday. Started out at King City for Princeton/Braymer girls, then went to St. Joseph for retail therapy and food therapy. Went back to KC for Princeton/Pattonsburg boys, and watched Stanberry/Trenton girls before that. Then went to Mercer for the boys' final of the HDC Conference game and saw the last 5 minutes of Grundy County/Tri-County girls before Mercer played Winston for the boys title game.

And, I felt shockingly good this morning. Must've been high-quality sleep.
