Hollister and COC Small changes

This has been talked about quite a bit on here, but here is an article which came out recently from Ozarks Sports Zone. Hollister has announced its intent to leave the COC Small.

why not just kick Bolivar out and fix the underlying issue?

Bolivar is not the Largest in the COC small, Marshfield has almost 1000. I think they are just complaining about losing. I would think you would want to continue to get better by playing better competition. You never heard Lamar complain about the size of Carl Junction when they lost to them or Cassville before that and lord knows they were not very competitive in the big 8 there for awhile. But they stuck it out and got better now have some state titles and got their first outright conference title last year, and they look like they will be good for awhile now.

Like they don't want to win? Just help me understand what more is there. the big 8 has Lamar at about 398 kids Monett has 708 McDonald county has 1098 and CJ was around 1000 and nobody complained. Explain how the COC is different there is not that large of difference as what is in the Big 8. I think everybody besides Marshfield and Bolivar is Class 3 in the COC and they are not as big as McDonald County and CJ. And yes CJ is leaving but not because we asked them to leave most if not everybody wanted them to stay.
