If a player gets hit on one of those protective pads they all wear they should not be given a HBP. It becomes a no pitch!!!!

Also the big long padded sliding gloves should at least have to be shorter. Guys with that thang on can be called safe on a steal or taking an extra base when the their hand would have not been on the base as the tag is made.

Those elbow pads are over hanging in the strike zone and the batter stands there and doesn’t move! See it way too much!!! Agree no bruise you lose!!!!
