He provides zero evidence to support his assertion. Also look carefully. He doesn't say that she committed perjury. Just that she may have if xyz is true. He then provides no evidence that xyz is true.

He made no actual assertions about how she authorized it. No specific claims she knew the individual, no specific claims she would have seen the form, no specific claims that she was even actually aware of such an operation through internal emails/communications, and so on.
That's the reason his article is meaningless on its own. He backs up his arguments with no data whatsoever. If he (or someone else) finds real information, then we should start to reevaluate his claims.

Last, Napolitano may be a good man, and every time I hear him he seems to know what he is talking about and is well educated. How does he get paid? He gets paid to write and go on television to speculate on what he thinks courts will decide and usually in a way that makes those reading and watching happy. If he said "She answered everything well, there is nothing to get her on." He would not have a job at FoxNews next week.
Dude you can disagree with a politicians ideas on how to run the country without calling them a despicable human being. If that's how you feel about her I'm quite sure there is NOTHING she can say or NOTHING or she prove is wrong with this Benghazi hearing that will change your mind. How many republicans have come and said it ALL about trying to bring down her poll numbers? The people on the committee have tried to stop their fellow congressmen from saying such things but I'm guessing it's what they truly believe or they wouldn't be saying them in this election cycle. I'm quite none of them will be voting for her.

So you know her well huh? Or do you just know what some talking head has told you about her? She may be the THE most investigated person in the political world today, even when she was NOT holding any elected office. The last I knew she has never been convicted of a crime, including perjury.
