Had a chance to drive up and watch these two games tonight. It was a great atmosphere and both games were as good of contests that I've seen all year.
Hermann gave Blair Oaks everything they wanted and it was a tie ball game going into the 4th. They had changes to cut it to a one possession game a few times in the 4th. A couple shots did not fall and balls did not bounce their way. Hermann had a good game plan and kept the big kid (not sure his name) under 10 until he got a couple buckets late.
Southern Boone and Tolton was a great game as well. Down to the wire and Southern with the game tied hit a shot with 2 seconds left to win.
The final should a good one. Might give the edge to Blair Oaks because of the home court advantage but it could go either way.
I'm going to try to catch the Licking vs Mt Grove game since I have not seen either play. I think the quarter final of these winners is in Springfield. Any thoughts on either of these games.
