Bellarmine is transitioning to D-1. I get that. Why are they allowed to play in the conference tournament if they can not play in the NCAA tournament? Sounds crazy to me. If they are good enough to win and qualify, shouldnt they be able to play in the big dance?

Lindenwood will be in the same boat, unless this brings change to the rule.

Unless they change some things, they may have a rough go. 8-12 in the GLVC and a 9th seed in the conference tourney this year. They have to recruit against St. Louis University for the best kids there. I am just saying, if they can not play in the ncaa, probably do not need to play in conference tournaments.
