I have plenty of respect for LEO, firemen, and soldiers and I shake their hand and thank them when I see them.

My response was a tongue in cheek. I doubt Wildcat is from Ferguson or any other cop hating community.

And he sure doesn't seem like some granola hippie or liberal apologist who grew up in a cozy suburbs but tries to fall in line with whatever the movement of today is.

He was comparing cops to lawyers. At least how people view them. And that would be inaccurate. Cops do an actual service to the community. While lawyers try to stir the next fight or find the next dollar. SOME might not like cops. But Lawyers have a far less favorable stance in America.
