Play, or forfeit. There could be no other choice. Once the tourney begins, you can’t try to rework the bracket because some team of 50 players with a dozen sick wants to postpone. Either strap it up, or pack it up.

Not trying to be cruel or a smart ass. But this isn’t big business with deep pockets where you can take a step back and build a bubble.

A softball and tennis team had to forfeit their district playoff games.

In Class 1 Districts 7 and 8 (both 5-team districts), a team got a forfeit win in the 4-5 game, then had to forfeit to the 1-seed in the semifinals.

Looks like only 1/2 the CCC games are going on tonight. Palmyra got a game for tomorrow.

My wife's best friend contracted the virus and the entire family now has it. Husband is deployed and its a very tough situation. We've been doing all we can to help them out with food, supplies and support. Its been going on for two weeks now. Its no joke.
