Probably WAYYY too much research to confirm but I bet it would have happened some years except for champions losing a regular season game by playing up ( or in a few cases down) a class.

Class 5 champ Park Hill in 2003 was the only team with a loss. They lost to Class 6 Oak Park who had an All-American RB named Michael Keenan.

All 6 title teams from Worth County were undefeated teams.

All 4 title teams from Penney were undefeated teams.

All 3 title teams from Platte County were undefeated teams.

4 of 5 Blue Springs title teams were undefeated teams.

And most impressive, 11 of 13 Webb City title teams were undefeated teams.
