Do not mean anything by this, but how many schools has he been at lately? Seems like he is moving every couple of years? Again, honest question and it just seems like that to me.

He was at Harrisonville for like 5 years, Staley for like 7 or 8, and Shawnee Mission East for like a month.
My guess on what happened was he was trying to do the "double dip" thing with Missouri retirement. Things didn't work out in KS, and he had a way out to go to Illinois, MICDS popped up, good opportunity and it isn't a Missouri public school.

Shawnee mission East had another coach suddenly resign sounds like the problem might be the school

Sounds like he wasn't coaching though not saying that's what happened but just my guess

Also, Decatur Illinois is a dumpster file of a town and smells like one as well.

Sounds like MICDS got a very successful coach. The Rams have a lot of talented starters coming back on offense and some on defense. They've also already added SLUH and Chaminade to their 2020 schedule.
