Electing a Socialist for President.... for what?

Are we really poorer than our parents?
Is global income inequality rising or falling?
What causes rising Health Care and Education Costs?
Is the middle class worse off?
Are Americans really worse off than the 1970s?
Are deaths from cancer declining?
Is there a mental health epidemic?
Wage stagnation?
What killed extreme poverty?
We live in the richest time in history in the U S and worldwide
.
No matter what country, the standard of living is rising. "Inequality" is a head fake to distract from that.

Entitlement and advances in technology. We've developed costly care that we are "entitled" to.

More people are moving from middle class to upper class and only those who make extremely poor personal choices are stuck in poverty.

Even the poor have "gadgets" that 20 years ago the wealthy could only dream of. What was a mansion in the 70s is now lower middle class housing.

Everyone still dies. What they die from is irrelevant. Cancer is diagnosed more now though.

Mental health issues are diagnosed more and those with mental illness are allowed more freedom and access. We want to make those with issues normal now instead of treating them as special needs. We also accept mental illness behavior when unacceptable because they can't help themselves.

If wages are stagnant (they are growing faster than inflation), these wages are purchasing much more.

Capitalism!
