Does the same joke over and over for five straight years qualify as witty? Asking for an associate.
Whether or not one finds a joke witty is rather subjective. Do you find yourself laughing at the joke which has been running for five straight years? Is anyone laughing? If yes to either, does that qualify as "witty"? Before we answer that question, it would probably be in our favor to determine what is "witty".
