Think they listened to one of the daddyball coaches up in the stands. How poor is Clemson's 4th quarter coaching? That's the WOW
Really after Clemsons first two possesions NDs defense played well. The offense was horrible making mistake after mistake until the final two drives. Just couldnt believe they ran a QB dive to seal their fate. Think the kid played bad enough then put the hero or zero on him solely kinda stings. MUs QB looked legit. They have to get somebody in there that can run the ball though.
It's truly amazing. You critique more teams that have nothing to do with MU,than MU. I don't get it.
I thought it was more of good ND coaching because Clemson could not stop them in the 4th QT and Clemson defense was ranked #1 in the country in defense efficiency. Great game but the ND quarterback had a hot hand and I would of passed for the 2 pt conversion. They had Clemson on their heels. Great college game. There is a reason Gameday was there.
Notre Dame dropped a couple touchdown balls had way too many drop balls turnovers etc. and the call for the two-point conversion had me scratching my head too!
Come on Bro's. With 9 minutes left Clemson was up two scores, had a first down and started letting the play clock run all the way down before running a dive up the middle into a loaded box. They were the definition of playing not to lose instead of playing to win. It was horrible coaching. ND really should have won and probably deserved to. By the end of the game ND had more yards of offense than Clemson because of Clemson's tortoise routine.
I think Notre Dame played really bad way too many drop balls and yes Clemson got real tight on the play calling at the end it almost cost them.
