How did District soccer go across MO? Who won/lost? Did Cameron win?

I just know that Sikeston lost in the semifinals of districts to Perryville in heartbreaking fashion on a goal in the last 3 minutes of play. Perryville's win and St. Vincent's upset victory over Cape Notre Dame makes it an all Perryville final in P'ville.
