District semifinal and final question

What is the MSHSAA rule about semi and final rematches vis-a-vis home field advantage? Upon checking the games I plan to use in the Playoff Challenge two are rematches from the regular season that appear to be hosted by the lower seeded team that LOST (LS North and Higginsville).

Anyone who knows the answer to this please post...............thanks in advance!

Once the seeds are set, the top seed hosts. head to head only matters when the two are side by side. Holden hosts Higg, because Holden is the 2 seed.
