Last year they basically had Bolivar and CJ switched.

I think MSHSAA should try (and they do) to leave the districts as close to the same numbers as possible. That’s why they rotate semifinals. It defeats the purpose if you then switch all the numbers. Example: PHC played BO in semis last year, wouldn’t make sense to put BO in district 5-6 this season and they’d be in the same semi. Just an example, that won’t happen.

That would be a gift to GV putting FO and PC in 8

WAY BEYOND presumptuous but this would potentially put Lutheran North vs. Kearney in the semifinals.

That happened to WP at one point. Won districts back to back and didn’t get to host a playoff game either year because MSHSAA changed the numbers of the districts.
They actually won districts 3 out of 4 years at one point and didn’t host a playoff game any of those years.

FINALLY getting time tonight to read Ozarks Sports Zone previews in full really going to pay close attention to NIXA in this class for some probably obvious reasons but this is a lot more than just Cantwell hype. If only they could get their league to let them play a couple of big time games outside it (NW Arkansas would be a great place to start) I would honestly like them to win this class this fall BUT perhaps that Rock game taught them what they need to do to take the next huge steps.

I think next cycle the COC will have non-conference games according to what Lebanon was saying. I know Lebanon and Waynesville would like Camdenton again. Nixa wants some non-conference as well.

No one should be forced to go to BFE.

They are my pick for C6. You get that many people coming around looking at him it causes everyone else to step up and buy in. I believe their line has been training with the OL guru Chris Gomez in KC. If the defense is decent I think they will be the top team in C6. Their running game will just pound the ball relentlessly. Hayden Mays, on the far right is a legit 6'5 285.

So you got District 4 going from all the way from Knob Noster east all the way to Owensville? That seems crazy.

Good grief! If possible these kids look bigger than the stats read in the Zone last night!

MSHSAA never does anything that makes sense when it comes to districts.

The old saying goes- if you’re gonna be dumb you gotta be tough.

And there’s absolutely no doubt, the good people of Adrian are some of the toughest around
smart enough to figure out to run a 4-1 defense to shut down that vaunted offense and just ground and pound that defense that beat SG, Valle and Perryville!

Chaminade, MICDS, and Vianney don't even qualify for Class 6 unless their enrollments jump up considerably.

Parkway Central in Class 6 I just can't see happening.
It’s weird to me that people makes these and then have no idea who is in what class

i believe this was done before classes were released.
MICDS was 19 students from C6
Chaminade was 12 students from C6
Vianney was in C6 this year
Parkway central was far away from C6

all in all original poster wasnt far off and it makes you wonder howe many private schools are that close to the bubble
