Constructive Productive solutions to the Proper Strategy for curbing illegal immigration

You give answers. You just don't give answers to the questions I ask.
Ok ... ask again. Just one question per post, please. Since there are no pictures I quickly lose interest because either:
a.) I don’t like to read. Or
b.) I can’t read.

Thanks in advance.

I don’t think I’ve ever refuted Santa on this board. Does that make him a reality because I haven’t refuted him? I didn’t realize I had that kind of power. Now you tell me.
I haven't asked about Santa though.

Why do you oppose a border wall?

Do you have any REASON (not opinion) a border wall won't prevent many/most illegals?

Is it cost effective to spend 5B/year to prevent 100s of billions/yr in illegal immigrant related costs?

Why do you think 5B is a lot of money in a budget of over 4 trillion?

Do you think illegal immigration is a serious problem?

Mr. Miller, all asked and answered. We’re you and the POTUS in the same reading group in school?

Go back and read my posts s l o w l y. Again, you didn’t like my answers, so in your mind I didn’t answer.

As I suspected, more avoidance. I even asked questions I hadn't asked before to show your avoidance.....and you fell for it.

Yeah, I fell for it. You have once again completely got me. When will I learn that I can’t get up early enough to get one past you? Which question did you ask that I haven’t either directly or indirectly already answered? If we were in a courtroom this would be considered badgering the witness. Even Cavanaugh would say, “We’ve already been over this, Counselor. I’ve got a case of beer calling my name. Let’s move on.”

Because the wall money he wants can be better spent elsewhere. Here’s an idea: spend it on the Space Force to guard the border and zap anyone attempting to cross illegally.

See answer above. Asked and answered.

No. That is an exaggerated number. Scare tactic and you’ve fallen for it.

Exactly. They made up a huge number that you cant possibly prove or disprove and they accept it as fact.

Mr. Miller, I know I can’t hold your jock strap (not that I want to), when it comes to political knowledge. You are definitely head and shoulders above me (just like your hero is with the rest of the world). But I am concerned about your reading comprehension and memory. I’ll try to keep my answers shorter and maybe put some pictures in there, too.

TJ, perhaps you should ask your friends if they knew illegal immigration peaked 11 years ago and has been declining since.
Where was their fake outrage then?
If they want a wall, I have a mule pulling a plow I would like to sell them.

At least you directed your following posts towards the questions I asked even if the answers were vague.
You cited cost concerns and effectiveness concerns. You provided (neither now nor earlier) not factual support for those concerns but I will grant that you truly believe they are justified.
I can't think of ANYTHING 5B .could be better spent on or get a better return on. Whether you believe it costs us 100s of billions a year you surely know it costs us more than the proposed amount.
As for effectiveness, until you cite a place a border wall hasn't worked, they work (which I believe to be your real concern).

They don’t seem to believe that illegal immigration has been dropping for quite a while now. The money could be spent much more wisely. That’s an unheard concept for them.

You've NEVER gave a reason why it won't work! You say the money could be spent better (that explains why you don't want it but not why it won't work).

That seems to say you don't think illegal immigration is a serious problem. Am I wrong?

The wall/spike fence is a deterrent. Not a perfect one.

Seriously? You think a space force would be less than 5B? Seems unreasonable to me. Got a more practical plan?

You’re wrong. Where is a place a wall has worked that still didn’t need patrolling?

I never said it wouldn't need patrolled. OF COURSE it needs patrolled! ANY barrier CAN be penetrated. Effective means bringing about the desired result.....limiting/reducing/stopping illegal immigration severely. Obviously patrolling alone is almost non-effective. Add the wall/barrier and success improves inordinately.

Because it is a fantasy to believe that hundreds of miles of “wall” will be built that go upward X number of feet and down X number of feet and the problem is solved.

What about legal folks with a working visa that expires and they stay? Those who enter other than going over or under a wall?

What kind of unrealistic solution do you have for these situations? Without spending a ridiculous amount of money.

Almost all you posts seem like they must be sarcastic. How can I tell them apart?
Your supreme intelligence should be capable of deciphering the difference. You attempt to rub my nose in it every opportunity you get.

And you have proof of this? Or just an opinion? Or a regurgitation?

If it is fantasy, I would think it would be EASY to cite at least ONE existing border wall/fence/permanent barrier that hasn't been effective. Since you can't, it is not fantasy.
One thing at a time but, those forms are miniscule compared to border crossers. (I know, you are seriously misled on this matter. Overstays are more than crossers o_O).
