I couldn't find any that are truly separated into a Big and Small division anymore. There are several separated into east and west or separated into different "colors" but I couldn't really see a true large are small division in those either. I am not familiar with all of them though so I could have missed something.What conferences in the state have large/small divisions and what are the schools in those conferences?

Yep, definitely overlooked that!KC Suburban Conference is divided by school population into divisions.
West largest and East smallest yes................The MRVC is pretty much that way.
What will be interesting for future alignment could be CO-OPs like Knob did this year.
