As promised here are the standings after Friday's games. Those who picked Branson on the road got double points and Neosho with the huge win at home was also worth double points. Congrats to tigershs and therulebook1 on being the only two to get all 5 games!

Now on to this week...not as many clear favorites. Two big games here in Jasper County including the much anticipated WC/Joplin game.

Carthage at CJ
Maybe Buck will rearrange and get things sorted out but after seeing Fridays results I like Carthage's chances to hand CJ an 0-2 start for the first time in a few years.

Neosho at Branson
Branson has been decidedly better the last year or so but what was up with friday night in Neosho? A week ago I would have quickly picked Branson and moved on but it's hard to ignore a 35-0 beat down.

Willard at Ozark
Both these teams lost friday night by lopsided margins. I'll go (unconfidently) with Willard.

Republic at Nixa
Two more teams on the losing end friday night. Another toss-up.

Webb City at Joplin
WC quickly put to bed any rumors that they might be vulnerable. Joplin ran all over Willard as expected. As good as Joplin is I just don't see it being enough to take down WC's tradition and confidence. Either way Junge will be a rockin' place come Friday.

Carthage, CJ is just down a bit this year.
Neosho, Good solid win last week.
Willard, they played with Joplin for a few quarters.
Nixa, toss-up
Webb City, WC had some mistakes last week and really the game with CJ was closer than it should have been, have to clean those up or Joplin gets them.

Webb should never throw the ball again.
Beason will be ok,,,,,Gaskill and Kabala to good of weapons not to get the ball downfield to them

I think first one ball slipped out of his hands it just went straight up in the air.

That second one was a duck

Neosho , Branson and Willard be good games to work on passing game

Carthage - The tigers just may be the best team in the league.

Neosho - Not that confident with this one but the Ozark win was impressive

Willard - The tigers are a solid team. Ozark may be down.

Nixa - Lets see who wants it.

Joplin - Joplin had a chance to put Willard in a big whole early but two lost fumbles and two big penalties really hurt the eagles in the first half. Sounds like Webb had similar problems. I look for both teams to clean that up.
