A couple 'upsets' with Joplin taking Webb and Carl Junction taking Willard. Nixa handled Branson about like expected although Branson did hang on to an early lead for awhile. Carthage rolled Ozark who I expected to be pretty decent. Republic looked pretty good as well.
So here are this weeks games:
Ozark at Branson - Ozark scored twice on Carthage's reserves. Branson scored once on Nixa's starters. No idea here really.
Carl Junction at Carthage - Carl did look surprisingly good last week so who knows but Carthage at home is a tall order.
Nixa at Joplin - The most intriguing match of the week. Last week Nixa barely edged Joplin. I think Nixa is improved and Joplin is about the same so I'll go with Nixa by a couple scores.
Webb City at Neosho - I kind of feel sorry for Neosho getting a Webb team hot off a loss to the thugs from J-Town.
Republic at Willard - Republic looked pretty good from what I saw so they may turn some heads this year?
