Is he leaving?Randy Schrader at Savannah is a bit of a shock to me, turned that program around, had a 10 win season this year.
Where the heck is he going? Their offense has been a treat the past two seasons..............Randy Schrader at Savannah is a bit of a shock to me, turned that program around, had a 10 win season this year.
He did a pretty good job Lincolns passing attack was goodHearing some alumni r getting some buzz, Lincoln has 3 Clinton alumni on their staff. Looking for Lincoln’s Passing coordinator Shawn Rhodes to get a look
What are Lincoln's numbers going to be like as far as players? Pretty sure the last 4 years have been the years they have been building up for. They are losing a ton of talent this year.Hearing some alumni r getting some buzz, Lincoln has 3 Clinton alumni on their staff. Looking for Lincoln’s Passing coordinator Shawn Rhodes to get a look
He said he was giving "3-5 years" when he was hired, and the understanding by most within Savannah was that it was likely going to be 3 years. Surprising to those outside of the know, unsurprising to those in or close to the program.Where the heck is he going? Their offense has been a treat the past two seasons..............
So wait what?He said he was giving "3-5 years" when he was hired, and the understanding by most within Savannah was that it was likely going to be 3 years. Surprising to those outside of the know, unsurprising to those in or close to the program.

He really is, but he has left that program in shambles and probably stayed a few years too long, in my opinionGreat guy. Good luck, coach!
Schrader stepping down after three years was expected. Not necessarily leaving for a new, better job or anything like that and he also said that he doesn't expect to be done coaching, just that it was time to "hand off the program to a younger coach."
He was essentially hired by Savannah to stop some bleeding and bridge the gap to a long-term hire.
Sounds like a statement from a coach that possibly sees lack of talent in the underclassmen??
Coach Silvers is returning to his alma mater, Westminster College to be the OC.Versailles is open

Shelton Bynum that played at North Carolina?Great evening everyone. Are there any updates or changes with Columbia area HS programs? I’ve just relocated to the Columbia area with 10+ years of coaching experience as a defensive assistant, special teams coordinator, and certified S&C coach. I am looking to join a staff in any capacity and help that program win games and graduate student-athletes.
If anyone has any information that could help with my transition I can be contacted via email at Shelton.bynum@gmail.com
I hear that Lincoln’s head coach Kevin Lafavor will be moving back too Clinton his home town. With his recent success at Lincoln I think that’s it’s a good move for him to move on to bigger and better things and turn that program around! With the end of the season approaching the coaching carousel will begin in earnest the next couple weeks I wanted to get ahead and start a thread for it. I would ask that any non-confirmed rumors or speculation be posted to this only after a teams season is finished. If you have a confirmed posting and are 100% sure it is true please post that it has been confirmed and the source from which you've confirmed it. At the end of the day a coaching change effects (or affects I never know) the livelihood of a person willing to put in a a lot of work for a couple bucks an hour to help kids and should not be taken lightly or without respect. Just a reminder before we get to that part of the year and hopefully this can be a singular thread to discuss the changes made this off season.

This is just INSANE man. Lincoln was building a program. They’ve got so many talented kids returning. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them back in the championship game and possibly hoist that trophy with the right coachKevin Lafavor is officially gone from Lincoln
I know they lost a ton of talent and do not see how they will replace it.This is just INSANE man. Lincoln was building a program. They’ve got so many talented kids returning. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them back in the championship game and possibly hoist that trophy with the right coach
