Kruse was rumored to be leaving but with all the success this year it makes you wonder if he'll stay. Also, I'm guessing they hire within at Clinton because nobody wants that headache.

I’m guessing you’re wrong about that. When coaches apply for jobs they think they will be the one that will turn the program around. I think the MRVC West will be tough for Clinton in all sports. But, someone will think they’re the one...

Randy Schrader at Savannah is a bit of a shock to me, turned that program around, had a 10 win season this year.

He did a pretty good job Lincolns passing attack was good
What are Lincoln's numbers going to be like as far as players? Pretty sure the last 4 years have been the years they have been building up for. They are losing a ton of talent this year.
He said he was giving "3-5 years" when he was hired, and the understanding by most within Savannah was that it was likely going to be 3 years. Surprising to those outside of the know, unsurprising to those in or close to the program.
Schrader stepping down after three years was expected. Not necessarily leaving for a new, better job or anything like that and he also said that he doesn't expect to be done coaching, just that it was time to "hand off the program to a younger coach."
He was essentially hired by Savannah to stop some bleeding and bridge the gap to a long-term hire.
He really is, but he has left that program in shambles and probably stayed a few years too long, in my opinion
Sounds like a statement from a coach that possibly sees lack of talent in the underclassmen??
Don't know that for sure, but that's my thought as well. I hear they think they have a good group coming back, but it'll be hard to replace this year's senior class.
Coach Silvers is returning to his alma mater, Westminster College to be the OC.
Because his hs head coach will be the OC there! Perfect fit
Great evening everyone. Are there any updates or changes with Columbia area HS programs? I’ve just relocated to the Columbia area with 10+ years of coaching experience as a defensive assistant, special teams coordinator, and certified S&C coach. I am looking to join a staff in any capacity and help that program win games and graduate student-athletes.

South Shelby is open. Coach Wilt retired this morning.
I hear that Lincoln’s head coach Kevin Lafavor will be moving back too Clinton his home town. With his recent success at Lincoln I think that’s it’s a good move for him to move on to bigger and better things and turn that program around!
This is just INSANE man. Lincoln was building a program. They’ve got so many talented kids returning. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them back in the championship game and possibly hoist that trophy with the right coach
