No. They might keep it within 20 but I doubt it.Does Climax Springs only have 6 players total?? Can they compete with Wg?
Walnut Grove. 67No. They might keep it within 20 but I doubt it.
Hope it’s played at a gym that will hold more than 200 spectators. Wg was given 100 tickets for spectators for tonight’s game. They were sitting shoulder to shoulder on 4 rows of bleachers. Kind of crazy that Mshsaa done the Sectionals and Quarterfinals like this. They will get McAuley Catholic next. They shouldn't have too much trouble
I was not at that game but at Skyline and I think they should always be played like that the atmosphere is unbelievableHope it’s played at a gym that will hold more than 200 spectators. Agreed, a lot of these teams in the lower classes are supported by small towns and small-town people. The pride that goes into the atmosphere and hosting a big game on your home court is second to none. It's not for the "casuals" who come to watch the BIG games, it's for those people who come out game in and game out, and although it's under not the best circumstances, it has really given some of these small towns, and small-town players a year to remember!I was not at that game but at Skyline and I think they should always be played like that the atmosphere is unbelievable
Nothing wrong with the home court advantaI understand the thought process here. But I’d also wager that a lot of schools were OK with keeping a home-court advantage in games like that. The larger neutral-site locations need to return!
I understand it’s great for a small town to host a game like this. And yes I’m sure the atmosphere at Skyline was great but you have to understand some of the Class 1 gyms literally hold 200 people in the stands. Skylines gym holds many more people than that so your probably all able to attend that game. All I’m saying is anyone that wants to attend one of these games should have the ability to attend. I know Walnut Grove would have taken 3-400 or more fans to this game had it been in a venue that had the seating capacity to accommodate. Walnut Grove will host its Quarterfinal game and theAgreed, a lot of these teams in the lower classes are supported by small towns and small-town people.
