Taxpayers pay tens of thousands of people to classify and secure documents. Starting at the top, every single one of these people should be fired. The GAO, (government accounting office) is a swamp of pols protecting each other. The DOD, the State Department, Homeland Security; all swamp creatures. Drain this!
