He IS guilty of mishandling classified documents regardless of whether he gave the information to anyone else or not. Even if he didn't pack the boxes as he claims he knew they were there and claims they belong to him not the Archives. He is also guilty of obstruction when he had many months to return them and refused to do so then claimed all of them had been returned when that was not true.
and so is Biden........and didn't Hunter get $$$MMM from Ukraine.....
Biden had some documents. Trump had box after box specifically moved to a country club where he hosts thousands of people a year. Why would he do that unless he thought he could make some cash off of it?

You haven't seen me defend Biden on this, only said he has been much more cooperative than Trump has ever been once this came out. I have called for Biden to resign, if he didn't know they were there and how they got there he should should have, HE was the boss, plus this all happened 2 or 3 months ago. What does Hunter Biden have to to do with this? I don't know what his deal was in Ukraine but he was paid to do it.

I just love how Biden lies in 2018 directly to the press Claiming he had no access to Classified Documents while in the Same building the interviewed was being conducted in housed those Classified documents. Not to mention those in his own home. Who Knows what types of people have seen those Documents and Visited Biden residence and Former Office.

And yes if their was Proof, Evidence and Prosecutable circumstances Trump would clearly have been found Guilty and faced the consequences.

There is at this time no evidence or proof that has been released that anything untoward was done by either President with those documents.
Using your Burden of Proof scale.... Biden has had those Documents a lot longer and has had a lot more opportunities to Sell, Leak info. or Monetize them than Trump. Who knows how many Classified Documents Biden gave to Hunter that where once storied in his home in Delaware, or who was visiting his office?
Evidence has not mattered in any of these impeachments and it won't in a Biden impeachment. The fact there were members who crossed over to vote against Trump speaks volumes.

There are BOTH guilty if mishandling the docs which a crime, but Trump fought long and hard to keep them and say they're HIS.
They didn't hide it from the FBI and the Archives for 48 days. The docs were removed and the investigation has been on going all this time. It was not made public so you can take that however you want. The FBI has a goofy rule about not disclosing such things around and election.Actually, Biden did hide it for 48 days!!

I don't love Trump..... I make the point that so far all this Hub Bub has amounted to nothing but hot air and gas. That the continued witch hunt has been ineffective and a waste of time. We are going on 6 years of Trump TDS and it's to some degree hilarious and funny and on another level its unhealthy.

I would much rather have a Con man who isn't above skimming a bit off the top, than a Career politician who is embedded in Political Corruption across the Globe to enrich his family and friends and is Politically focused on taking away Constitutional rights and Freedoms that are enshrined in our Republic to gain favor with the radical arm of his party.

This right here, I was watching a news show and somebody else mentioned this that politicians don't pack up thier stuff when they leave office, their staff does it and they just start throwing crap on a desk in the cabinets whatever, they just go in and start cleaning up throwing crap in boxes. The second question I have is how did they know Trump still had Classified Docks within a year of him leaving office but not Biden for 6 years after he had left, and really didn't know it was Biden's staff that self reported? How is all this classified information tracked, and really who looks at it, if it is just laying around on a desk and anybody can pack it up or see it...is it really that classified and secure, just seems our government is inept at this especially now with all the technology we have you would think there would be a better way to track this and know who has what, and when it is accessed and who is looking at it.
