Who is going to be Class 5 next year?

How would a player know? From what I heard but not confirmed Webb Kearney, Ladue, Camdenton, Platte County, and about 15 more teams. I heard this at a Hannibal Basketball game last week against Mexico, a Mexico Basketball player used to be from Hannibal told my friend about it and I heard their conversation!!!
Word around Mexico is Mshsaa is going to put 64 is class 1, 32 in class 6 and balance out class 2 through 5. Given AD meetings for the NE region was held in Mexico I am assuming that how word got out
I appreciate the shout out but what does some po dunk Missouri high school have to do with me!? This isnt even about a booster club!Until Bosko says its true, I ain't buyin' it.

No. We don't want Lutheran North, Trinity, or Cardinal Ritter in Class 2.
Webb is fine in Class 5.
Success factors...but there might be some wacky placements.I think there is going to be a shock when schools Desmet is in class 5 or MICDS is class 3
Well unless winning a state title automatically bumps a school up Desmet only have 4 points over the last 6 years.Success factors...but there might be some wacky placements.
DeSmet will for sure be a 6, MICDS with success factor will probably be a 4, so will Trinity, LN will probably be a 3, but JBS may end up a 2. those are my thoughtsI think there is going to be a shock when schools Desmet is in class 5 or MICDS is class 3
Not sure what they return, but they would have won it this past year.Webb City wins Class 5

Those that are single sex will still be doubled and that number will be used as their raw enrollment to determine where their starting base is. Desmet will still be class 6. Chaminade will be class 5.
This, you only need to remove the multiplier for private, not for single sex. so CBC, DeSmet, Priory, SLUH, Chaminade will all still get their raw enrollment number doubled. DeSmet isn't dropping to 5 and Chaminade will stay a 5Those that are single sex will still be doubled and that number will be used as their raw enrollment to determine where their starting base is. those numbers are doubled. And example is DeSmet is currently listed at 1367 which includes the enrollment being doubled and the 1.35 multiplier. So 1367 divided by 1.35 equals 1012. It’s basic math my friend. Those that are single sex will still be doubled and that number will be used as their raw enrollment to determine where their starting base is. Desmet will still be class 6. This is what MSHSAA currently lists for Kearney. They are going to drop 45 students?Kearney's enrollment will be about 855. Should stay in Class 4.
Gotcha, DeSmet will be a 6 with a winning state. I could be wrong on others, but no way is DeSmet not a 6The only thing I removed was the 1.35 multiplier
Not unless winning state is an automatic bump. Outside of this last season they didn’t even win a district title. My understanding is 6 points will get a private school bumped up 1 class and 12 points up 2. DeSmet only has 4 points from this seasonGotcha, DeSmet will be a 6 with a winning state. Larger class replaced by a smaller class. With only three classes counted, you will have some wild swings.
I'm still trying to figure out who will step up and take Class 4?
Affton, Bolivar, Hannibal, Harrisonville, Helias, Hillsboro, Monett?
Any surprises?
If MICDS and St. Mary's stay in Class 4 they'll be two of the better teams.I'm still trying to figure out who will step up and take Class 4?
