1vs2 3vs4 and so on. They only rotate when you get to final four.

Sparta, Skyline, Miller all moving to Class 3 to join Strafford. Wow... Opens the door for Blue Eye, who are still class 2, which is significantly weakened in the SWMO area. Class 4 looks underwhelming as well.
