Class 2 Favorites Lutheran North 23 - Farmington (they didnt pull it off) 0 == 2nd Quarter

Was I wrong about Ritter being the overwhelming favorite? I mean, they would have handled LN again, right?

Lutheran North Missing their 2 best players Doyle and Ford & Best RB first game. Also switched offense completely from Wing T to Spread and QB Change.

would’ve been highly anticipated shame we wont see it

Seems like this may be the last team they’ll see with any potential to make them break a sweat.

With the departure of Ritter, is there anything in Class 2 that can even play with them?

Bad weather

My opionio in Class2

70% Lutheran north
15% Lathop
15% Maryville

This team says they going take Class 2 state. They do have 6 shutouts on the year according to MSHSAA

The private school defenders who are perfectly OK with LN or CR having a college team compete in Class 2 are just stupid aaaa holes. And I mean stupid.

And switching from wing T to spread during the season sounds like a well planned approach. Genius coaching.

Anonymous clowns bitching online thinking MSHSAA will change the rules, are geniuses.

Yea once they played CR and couldnt move the ball they decided to make the switch.

When you personal doesnt support the scheme you're running the GOOD coaches switch from said scheme. Adjusting is actually the definition of good coaching.

Im definitely not a Private Defender, I dont care to defend them to people who dont care what I think and nor do I care what they think. LN Class 2, Trinity Class 3, and Desmet Class 6 locked and loaded for Titles.

I gotta agree on this on. Trinity isn’t ready to get past Odessa or Blair Oaks this year. They have a chance, but their QB play is a year or two away ... and there’s no telling what the coaching staff will look like after this season.

Lutheran North is clicking on all cylinders. Friday’s game @ Chaminade will be a great barometer going into Districts.

DeSmet is more than anyone except for Rockhurst to handle.

Fort Zumwalt North is built to take Class 5.

Webb and Ladue are the cream of Class 4 again.

I am not convinced Ladue is that good, they will win their district, but they are not as good as last year.

I see a lot of people saying this. Yet there is no proof to assume they arent as good as last year.

People thought last year that they werent that good (including myself) until they took out Webb. their scores makes it look like they arent elite because they arent blowing everyone out by halftime.

LN/Chaminade will only indicate if they are good enough to win classes 3/4/5 too lol, it wont tell us anything about Class 2. Outside of Injury I dont really see them losing to a Maryville but you never know.

My issue is, when i watched them last year, they were elite, i saw it, i am not saying I knew they were going to win state, but I knew they were going to go far, and I could be way wrong about this year, but when I have watched them this year, i am not as impressed as I was last year, or even the year before that. Also, they have played some poor teams they should be blowing out and they are not. Again, I also could be way wrong.

The thing is, they could change their offensive scheme every week during the playoffs and do fine because they're THAT much more athletic than every other Class 2 team in the state. In fact it might help them because teams wouldn't be able to game plan.

Lutheran North is in Class 2, and it’s their entire body of work this season INCLUDING how they perform against a top level Class 5 team that plays top level Class 5 and 6 teams that’ll say loads.

The only thing that will prove how good they are is when Districts starts and if they win State. After this weekend, everyone will have their questions answered.
