actually look pretty good vs packers. defense playing well,Rodgers is just a difference maker. reids playcalling has been spot on adjusting to moores abilities. he should do the same when a gimpy mahomes comes back. really wish sherman could be used more effectively. gives the offense more versatility.

17-14...good comeback after a ruff start. too bad breeland got banged up. already had jones fuller and clark out.

Will enjoy the fawning over Rodgers this week from the media.............I root for the Chefs one lousy time........

Andy should have went for it on 4th down with 3 yards to go.

I don't necessarily agree. I think the mistake was throwing the ball on the play before. Gain a couple of yards and make it 4th and 1 or 2. Opens up pretty much the entire playbook.

One bad decision doesn't make the other better or worse. They were both bad decisions. No way you give the future HOF'er the ball back. Especially the way he looked last night.

"The way he looked". Two unbelievable catches. You can go with the commentators and the "there's only one guy who can make those throws" or you can think logically that he is a great QB whom got very lucky to get those two huge receptions. The TD throw in the corner of the endzone was luck plain and simple. Running backwards going down and tossing a ball to the corner that a running back dives and comes up with. The swing pass to Jones going 60+ yards for a TD was disheartening as good as our d has played these last two games. "The Play" once again was freaking bread loaf carrying McCoy fumbling the ball.. that killed us. Hell Moores stats were almost as good as Rogers especially looking at kelci once again dropping two balls and very unexpectedly Watkins dropping an uncontested first down pass.

The D is looking much better now that Spag has opened up the blitz packages and even the backup olineman have played much better these last couple games. The CHIEFS will be just fine, Patriots fine man who is? The Pats D is crazy and now Brady gets Sanu..geesh. Don't worry CHIEFS fans Andy has his eyes on a practice string right guard to stand on the sidelines... that Ps me off more than anything. 25 mil in cap space and there are players that can help us.

I think McCoy will be in the doghouse as long as Williams can pickup on protection packages. It's pretty evident that's why McCoy was getting the majority of the snaps.

I'm not as bullish on the D. Man, GB moved the ball when needed. They knew what to go to when they needed/had to have yards. Buuuuut, Jones and Clark being out is tough. Given that, I guess the D wasn't bad. I just think any NFL teams that starts Sorenson on D isn't going to be very good at all.

Definately not a Sorensen fan but he's one of those guys you cuss at your tv about and then he makes the hit coughing up the ball. Or gets a pick at a great time. Dudes not the fastest but we've had worse lol. I'm just guessing since he's out there he's our best option. Would of been nice to see we went after the Jets Safety Adams. Of course we didn't.. I haven't read where we went after anybody. Seems like my CHIEFS of the last 30 years. Great on D with a mediocre offense or Great on offense with a mediocre D. I think we Go 7-1 to finish out the season but the Pats will be tough. Especially the second time if we are that fortunate..

The chefs played better in the loss to the Pack than in the win against Detroit. 7 and 1 over the next 8 is doable. The Texans and Colts would both need to finish a game back of the Chiefs for KC to get the #2 seed and the bye/home field that comes with it. Barring a collapse of Biblical proportion, the road to the Super Bowl will go thru Foxborough.

Have you even seen the Pats schedule? Sure its about to get tougher, but they aint played no one! And yes, that includes my Steelers! The only decent team they have played so far, are the Bills. And they only won because of a blocked punt for a TD and the startin QB for the Bills got hurt!

Andy Reid isn't going to give it up. Says he's leaving it up to the medical personnel. I think he sits.

I can see 6 more wins, just not this weekend. 4 losses in a row at Arrowhead though, that's crazy.

Man how nice would it of been to have picked up Kenyan Drake. Kids a beast. Running all over the 9ers and he don't fumble!! Vikings aren't a have to win but we can win without Mahomes. Shut down diggs

The last time the Vikes won in KC was 1974. It wouldn't surprise me if they lose this game. It's a typical Vikings loss if I have ever seen one. Backup QB. On the road. A big positive if they win. Being consistent.

On paper, the Vikes should win. The problem with shutting down Diggs is that it requires more than what the Chiefs have lined up at corner. And the Vikes have two very good pass catching TE's and a RB who is killing teams with run/pass.

Vikes D has been very inconsistent. That Detroit game was ugly. And Rhodes has looked really slow this year.

We'll see.

Just about anything is better than my Steelers!

Unless they change a bit of D scheme from last week, the RB and TE's should rack up about a million yards in receptions...8 yds at a time. Chiefs D is banged up majorly. And not very good to begin with. I think the offense can score on the Vikes D, if the O-line doesn't get Moore killed. Sure would be nice to get Fisher back.

really like the way this chiefs team is playing with mahomes out. yes there are some bullets missing but were staying aggressive and physical. Rodgers beat us last week...that game was winnable.

Anything and everything that can go wrong has for the Vikes. Something to be expected with their history. SMH

nice win, snapped that home losing streak. couple snafus but overall a good team win.

What's your take on Cousins Kenkster ? Is he your QB for the future. I was not overly impressed with him.
Boy, he sure missed some easy throws to open receivers. No picks, so I guess he at least throws it to where nobody can catch it. He was pretty unimpressive...I swear, Big Red deserves coach of the Year for his game plans with Mahomes and about 1/2 the O-line out in the last few games. Granted the decision to punt in the GB game still irks me. But wow, to stay competitive in those games. When I saw Mahomes, Fisher, and LDT all out I figured it would be another L at home. But they did a great job of getting the ball out quick and Moore was really accurate. Pretty darned good win. Need to split the next two (at worst), get to the bye, get healthy and get rolling.

He is up and down. People get ate up with what he signed for. So far it hasn’t been an issue, I let Spielman do his job on that end.

He's not a top tier QB. If people can accept that then they’ll realize he’s a pretty good QB. I mean statistically he had the second best season last year of any Vikings QB ever.

He looked off yesterday, as did the rest of the offense. The playcalling and coaching to me was awful. Maybe it's my simple view from the recliner, but you are going against a bad run defense in the chiefs and you start the game with passes? IDK. It's the life of a Vikes fan. I called it above. This game marked all of the boxes for a Vikings typical loss. It was only fitting they give up the longest rush in KC history yesterday, since they hadn't given up a rushing td in 6 weeks.

Here is the list of starting QB's in my lifetime. Minnesota fans need to stop whining.

I totally agree with you on their playcalling... They seemed to fail to make adjustments as the game wore on. I'l' give Coach Spags some credit for an improving Chiefs defense. They are playing the run much tougher than they were a few weeks ago. Derrick Nnadi has really come into his own !

I will say this, I guess you earn the benefit of the doubt, but Cousins catches it for not winning in Washington. Those teams were bad, and he put up great numbers for those type of teams.

I complain about everything Vikings, but they've been pretty consistant under Zimmer. The best since Green. It is what it is. They'll draft a QB this year to eventually replace Cousins. That is unless he can win them a few playoff games. Not holding my breath.

The worst thing about it all.....both of my sons are Viking fans. Life of let downs..........
