Bragging about Desmet, Trinity, and LN is like bragging about having the prettiest date at the dance when you ordered her out over the internet and are paying her by the hour. Exactly the same

It's not a sweep unless you've got a Class 1 school winning too.

I mean, by definition that's how a sweep works.

Life is so unfair.

ha,,,I don't think anyone is giving Lathrop enough credit.....they won't be an easy out in class 2.....id like to see them roll into the Lou and flush LN down the pipes

#PipeDream

Unless Lathrop thinks it's the best school all classes they dont have a shot. It's really unfair.

LN destroyed Chaminade 43-14 a few weeks ago. Chaminade almost beat the #1 Class 5 school this week.

Your Lathrop v Lutheran North score prediction?

This one has the feel of last year's C2 title game. Heart wants Lathrop to win sooooo bad but head says no chance..................but, as the old saying goes, that's why they play the game.

Here would be my percent chances these are the 2019 champs:

Class 6 - 98
Class 5 - 65
Class 4 - 40
Class 3 - 15
Class 2 - 95

Also a chance for South/Southwest MO in Classes 2-6...

Class 2: Ava- Southern MO
Class 3: Cassville- SWMO
Class 4: Webb City-SWMO
Class 5: Carthage-SWMO
Class 6: Joplin- SWMO
Percent chances as of today:

Class 2 - 10
Class 3 - 25
Class 4 - 60
Class 5 - 10
Class 6 - 2

We are at the apples vs. oranges stage so who really knows? Again why they play the games.................one thing I do feel 100 percent certain about is there will be at least one 11-man champ west of Columbia MO................

Lathrop starts 11 seniors on D, and I believe 10 on O. In a matchup like this where every

In a game like this when everyone is convinced that you are too "out Jimmie and joe'd" its important to find some positives. The mules start 11 seniors on D, I believe 10 on offense. Something to be said for that this time of year. Gonna go over there and strap it up.

you know Santa might be at your local mall (may not be a mall in your town so I apologize for assuming) you can always ask him to grant your unrealistic wishes.

After watching Jackson play Fri, they are my C5 pick, that offense looks hard to stop
I've liked them all year. This week will likely be their top test vs. a very fast, athletic Staley D. Should Jackson score 28+ in this one they won't be headed the rest of the way.

Most of my STL buddies got the H out of there years ago. Why? Because they had the financial resources to do so. Sorry if I'm making assumptions. Can't wait to marvel at "scholarship high" haha

How have those "schollies" been working out for the Rock in recent years? :D
Johnson County KS has taken a lot away from Rock particularly the past 5 years. Once we reach the offseason my #1 issue to watch will be who becomes the Hawklets next HC.

You may not marvel at them, but I think you will be impressed with their size and speed. I have watched it up close, its pretty impressive, imo.

KC needs to figure out the winning formula if they want to dominate again.

Interestingly, there are 4 or 5 private schools in the StL metro that dominate football, basketball and soccer on a rotating basis. In any given year schools like SLUH, Vianney, DeSmet, Chaminade, CBC and Trinity - to name the most recognizable - just attract high level athletes and crank out successful teams year and year out.

To @thetophat 's point, JoCo privates i.e. St. James, Aquinas and Bishop Miege have seemingly been pulling talent away from the mothership over on State Line Rd at the Rock. But, why isn't the Rock a part of a similar success rotation similar to the StL privates? Why have they fallen off? Is there not enough talent to go 'round?

Let's, again, see who the next HC is. Sometimes all a program like that needs is a fresh start................
