I suspect a few of them are grumpy about releasing them anyways.Both. They will just pull the cord when the realize they screwed up.

How dare we assume that years of inadequacy and just plain ole idiocy would effect how we feel about this situation after how poorly it’s been handled the last decade or more.
I just wish they'd release the enrollment numbers and breakdown at the same time. Not sure why they delay the release.
