This is dumb and not even right - Nadella has been the CEO of Microsoft for over 5 years. He hasn't resigned. VW has had a new CEO for a couple years now since the old one resigned due to the diesel scandal.

Further, large companies change their CEOs roughly every 5 years on average...CEO turnover is not interesting.
