Great season for Blair oaks, we are losing a lot, but we have enough coming back(logan will be junior next year) that we should still be pretty good.

We shall see. Everyone would’ve told you Pius was a clear favorite outside of SWMO opinions. I wouldn’t be super confident against Seneca. If they can do what they want to do on defense? Good luck. It’s been a bloodbath outside of one game for them all year. I think this is a fairly even match, but Seneca plays hard and physical.
I think it comes down to Seneca being able to slow down Park Hills Central's athletes, because they got a lot of them. PHC was not a good matchup for Blair Oaks (Seneca was actually a better matchup) because BO's secondary is their biggest weakness, and they were missing a safety which was the only secondary player over 5'9", with most being 5'6" or 5'7". So, PHC hung 400 passing yards on BO, and there wasn't anything they could really do about it.
I think Seneca will do what they want on offense and score enough points. PHC is the real deal on offense, and they have some scary good athletes for teams to have to defend, but Seneca just seems like such a complete team that is very sound with scheme and fundamentals. They just don't beat themselves and they seem to always be in the right spots. So, I personally believe Seneca wins this game, but I think PHC puts up a good fight to make it an interesting game.

I hated seeing BO lose, but the feeling for PHC to finally get over the hump and make a trip to the Finals has to be a great feeling for the Players, Staff and Community. Congrats to them and best of luck this weekend.

Rain would certainly negatively affect PHC as their passing attack is really potent.
Yup. Big 8 football crushes narratives is the theme of this year. A lot of these teams haven’t been punched all year and it shows after the dust settles.
Everyone has a plan until you get punched in the face!
PHC is on a different level throwing the ball than Pius. I've seen both in person and on film multiple times and Pius is not PHC on offense. Pius still relies on being successful in the run game, PHC doesn't necessarily need to. Pius has good athletes, but PHC's are just better, and they have more of them. Their QB makes throws the most high school QB's can't make.
I still think Seneca wins this game, but I wouldn't be expecting the game to go the way Pius and Seneca went. I look forward to watching this game.
