Not sure where you are from, but you would not be saying that if your team was a great program like Webb, Blair Oaks, Valle, or Thayer (just to name a few). Then you would understand that every season is about carrying on the tradition and not what has been done the season before. Those kids do not care about last years title this season. They care about their teammate beside them and the ones on the sideline. So go enjoy your one hit wonder year. I will enjoy watching all the games, because all teams are tough to beat this time of the year.And THIS year Blair Oaks couldn’t get past Cassville. Maybe thinking too much about last year’s accomplishments was why they’re starting basketball practice on Monday?
Enjoy watching Trinity and Lutheran Notth play in the semifinals next week.
I am not from Cassville, but that program is no "One Hit Wonder".
It’s nice they finally came out and supported. Now hopefully they do the same at the home game. Is the guy that paid for the buses going to pay the gate fee for everyone too?
Trinity has a solid defense with a big and athletic front seven. I expect this to be a good game with Trinity winning.
Well you also talked all kinds of noise about Jackson's "small" line, so your credibility is in question.
Referring to FBisLife12 and his LN and Trinity post. NOT Cassville by any means. Cassville is always tough and competitive year in and year out. Much respect to the way they go about it.
He is right though. Cassville will have more trouble with Trinity line and doing the things they like to do. That favors Trinity. Will be a great game without a favorite I would think.
Yeah I swung and missed on that one. I'll own up to it. I've seen Trinity in person and some film on Cassville. I just like Trinity's chances. They look like they match up better.

I think it will be tough for Cassville to have the same game plan against Trinity as they did Blair Oaks. I've seen trinity play once this year, and they outsize BO linemen by 40lbs a man, easy! I think Cassville can still run the ball on Trinity, just not up in the middle of the bigs. No doubt, this game will be a good one. I am going to go 35-24 Trinity.

Don't think Trinity can stop Cassville run game. Dont think Cassville has the Secondary to stop Trinity pass game.
Which ever teams makes fewer mistakes wins.

Valle and Jackson aren't Stl, but I do think the East side of the bracket could sweep. Hope they do. The only thing more insufferable than the St. Louis homers is the Kansas City homers.

I dont know who or what a Valle is. I cant follow HS with less students than Mo Sports has posters. Jackson surprised me they usually get smoked around this time.
DeSmet and LN are heavy favorites, locks even. FSN and Trinity are basically locks. Ladue vs Webb is the one.

I mean of course the games have to be played. But we have seen 3 months worth of games and those 2 teams have separated themselves from the other teams in their class

Your bark is much bigger then your bite. Congratulations on seeing this amount of losing on this side of the state in consecutive seasons. STL is sort of relevant for once, for a substantial amount of time. Enjoy it. Before long everyone will transfer out, after a recruiting coach leave for a college job.
