According to MSHSAA website, Cardinal Ritter is seeded #6 and will play #3 Duchesne in 1st round. I know this game won't take place but I am surprised MSHSAA kept it this way. I could care less but thought it was interesting. I guess they feel that Archdiocese could "change their mind". Grandview has to travel to Lutheran North now. Seems like Lutheran North should get the bye instead of Duchesne. Just thought it would be interesting topic to "discuss".

It was discussed a few weeks back when Ritter ended their season.

I think the only time a team is not counted in district seedings is when the program is eliminated. In this case, Ritter will be back next season. A few other teams in the past have ended their seasons early due to not being able to field a team after many injuries. How did MSHSAA handle those situations?
