Better question: Has Valle's varsity given up 38 points all year? the 20 to Ste Gen was probably against varsity. The rest I am guessing was lower level players.

I'd say no. Even the games where 7 or so points were scored in the first half, a lot of those games had the starters pulled in the 2nd QT.

I know it sounds silly, but it has to be tough for Valle to get their starters ready when they're only playing a limited amount of time every week. Given the new point system, it's not helping them with scheduling by any means.

I really cannot imagine Staley's D giving up 24 to anyone this year. That Class 1 prediction is good comedy although I do like Skyline a lot but (stating the real obvious) leaving Valle Catholic out is nuts.

I really did start laughing when I saw that. Mainly because I had already put about 6 hours into plugging these in (from class 6 down) but it was a good chuckle.

Either way they are only giving up 8 points a game on average. I don't see anyone scoring 38 on them.

Staley's defense gave up 21 to Mill Valley. And it could have been worse. If someone has a strong air attack with a couple D1 level athletes downfield...they can store. MV did.

If it's Valle and Thayer it would be in Thayer. Remember, Thayer is in a seven-team district and will have hosted one less game than Valle, if both teams win its respective district.
Didnt think about it that way. If there was an 8th seed it would be at valle. Not sure how that will be handled cause that would be penalizing valle for thayer having a 7 team district
