California sets vaccine mandate for students

California is the first state to make covid vaccination a requirement for all students K-12.

I find this a fascinating constitutional dilemma. I do see both sides of the argument. No doubt heading for the SCOTUS. Will the vote go along the conservative majority?

Well last I heard those under 12 ain't even eligible to get the shot. There working on it but not there yet.

How many children without very serious pre-existing conditions have died of Covid in the U S?

Why are some of you so focused on only deaths? There has been long lasting affects for many people who get C-19 and we don't even know how long that can last or if it might be a permanent thing fro some.
