The California Lady Pintos extended their winning streak to 10 games Friday, beating the Hermann Lady Bearcats 74-60 in the championship game of the Hermann Invitational.
The game was close in the first half, as the Lady Pintos led 16-13 after one quarter and 33-32 at halftime. The Lady Pintos outscored the Lady Bearcats 20-10 in the third quarter to take a 53-42 lead into the fourth.
California broke the tournament record with 25 made 3-pointers in three games.
After the game, the Lady Pintos' Tristan Porter was named tournament MVP. Paige Lamm made the all-tournament second team.
