Greyhounds came a long way this year. Would never have considered this game back in August-early September. Onward and upward for class drop Butler I think many felt would contend in C1 this year.
Rather than running the clock out, Butler decides to try to score another TD

I remember hearing a coach rationalizing this by saying essentially "that was for the kids". Yeah teaches a great lesson...............
To be clear, I can’t remember if it was right before the scoring play or a play earlier.
That would highly likely be unbeaten Marionville. Would tend to agree.
Coach Webb has never ran the score up on anyone. With 3:00 minutes to go and Windsor had all their timeouts,Butler had to run a play. We took a knee on the extra pt. The timeout from Butler was not to stop the clock. Webb only had ten players on the field. Windsor was a solid team and gave Butler all they wanted. Webb is not the kind of Coach to run the score up.
They can take a knee on the extra point but couldn’t take a couple of knees with a min and a half left in around the 20-25 yd line to at least try and run the clock out instead of tacking on another TD? 🤣

Chaotic I hate to do this but I want you to recall last year. Windsor up 30-12 on adrian with a minute left and they give their all state RB the ball and he scores another TD.
And looking back at windsor scores the last 3 years? Idk man. Lots I could say about that but it all comes back to 'what goes around ,comes around'.
Just happened that the coach left for other pastures.
Windsor had a good run. Got a title out of it and lots of blowout wins.
Ok what ever you think. Webb isn’t that kind of Coach. Ask anyone around the area about this and they will tell you the same thing. Sure
Coached there many moons ago and always have good athletes. Qb is suppose to be one of the better ones they’ve had. At least that’s what one of opponents Coaches said
i didn’t start following Windsor until this year, so I can’t speak to the past.
i just think that 163 using the fact that they kneeled on the extra point as justification was a little out there lol

I’m sorry couldn’t help myself. I don’t know much about this years team. A few years ago? I knew they had a really good team. They have built something I feel in Marionville.
Key phrase, different coaching staff this year, not responsible for past years. Good fortunes to Butler rest of the year. They are a very fine ball team.
I believe it’s their first, but with the way teams are falling to 8 man they maybe there to stay.
Really good dual threat QB. A good RB. A few solid lineman. They are a solid group. They are not as good as they have been the last couple years. But they won't beat themselves and they play hard.
