The timing of your converstation with them and the timing of the cleanup dictates that the rep properly forwarded that information to the web team and they cleaned it up on the backend. Others have tried in the past to get Rivals to help and was unsuccessful which sucks but every once in a while in customer service response teams you get a hold of a rep that actually likes their job.
