Branson has been playing folks tight, the last few outings. They led almost the entire night before losing to Ozark in OT. Even started out well against Parkview before dropping a double digit decision. Having trouble getting over the hump and finishing

CJ beat Branson last week and that was CJs first COC win.

Cold shooting night for Carthage. Had a lot of wide open looks from 3 from good ball movement and they just couldn't find the net. Probably made about 4 out of 20 and then missed a couple of free throws late to keep it close. Otherwise would have won by about 15 on an average shooting night, but yeah they took Ozark to OT and Ozark beat Republic easily last night. Always a tough outing in the COC. With Ozark beating Republic, it's conceivable that Carthage could finish above .500 and still end up with the 8 seed in districts.
