I can honestly say there was never a batter that I was afraid to pitch to. I had some that in hindsight maybe I should have been and that not to say I didn't pitch around a few when the situation called for it but regardless I thought I would get them out.

Yeah but when you played it was a little different. They were games that were picked up at the nearest trainstation yard waiting on the 4pm to Tombstone. It's a whole different game these days.

Well it has been a few years that's true. It does make one feel old when you know Bartolo Colon is an old baseball player and he played in the Appalachian League the year after I did.
