I wouldn't go classless. It could have been much worse. I wouldn't want to see a Cubs player do that,but I've seen much worse. Royals in 6. They better not screw up my bracket hahahah

Tornoto won't be seeing the #4 and #5 starters like they did in the regular season. They had a losing record against the top three Royals' starters then...and they were not pitching as good as they are now.

LOL see I dont have a problem with the bat flip. Kinda of an in your face thing thing. Being a jerk to the fans even though they arent your teams fans kinda sucks. Heck there coulda been some little kid jumping up excited just for the butthead to keep the ball. As far as bar flips or stare downs or flapping your wings thats just emotions good or bad.
I don't have an issue with the flip. I also wouldn't be shocked to see him ear holed by Texas next year. The bat flip just makes more noise than not throwing a ball into the stands

Cubs Royals...Would have to score tickets for that, talk about history....Ive got KCs Sunbelt Rental tickets for Saturday but looking like that wont be used. Kind of a good thing with 12 of us going to the Steelers game tough figuring out which two and how to explain to the others who would be going with us instead of the Casino...

Yes, it's insane for me to feel comfortable with a lineup that 6 of the 9 are under 26. Bryant,Russell,Soler,Schwarber,Castro, Rizzo,Baez,etc. Also a crazy TV deal coming up very soon.
Or is it only the Cardinals that can bank on their minors to produce quality players?
"Ridiculous future" comes off differently than comfortable. Just saying, you should know better than hedge bets in baseball. All the time teams look like they're going to make a run for years and it never happens.
The Cubs should enter next year as the favorite to win the division for the first time in how long?

Hate to say it but today feels (for those of us old enough to remember) soooooo 1985. Who knew the Jays had their own Danny Jackson in Marco Estrada? Crossing fingers the Royals rediscover themselves Friday but it will be vs. David Price who easily could've won Game 2.

That's what the beginning of so many 3-1 comebacks has been...............outstanding starting pitching. Again fingers crossed the Royals get it together Friday but would bet at least this thing goes the distance.

I'm optimistic. I don't respect the starting pitching of Blue Jays, feel they play in wind aided cracker box stadium and their bullpen is worse than the starting pitching. I hate the fact they were able to muster the Mojo to beat the Royals today. I think the Royals are the better team, but the best team doesn't always win. We need to play our best Friday.
If someone would explain to them what those leather things they are wearing are for they could be really good.
I think that Cueto is a free agent this winter. It will be interesting to see what he signs for. He has cost himself millions over the last two months.
