Even on radio you can tell Blair is winning huge at the LOS. Feels like a major blowout is coming.........Mules have never trailed by more than one score and that was last week at home.

This kinda reminds me of the now discontinued Maryville-Lawson series. Lawson was king of the KCI and made the C2 final a few years ago but got dusted year after year in that opener.

Good lord . Whoever started that previous post about Blair Oaks winning class 3 has a good point
I’ve watched them play several times this year, they have been impressive all year. Look at their scores this season, just dominant
I've been watching the webcast and Blair Oaks is a machine. Their QB is very good and he's got great receivers to throw to. This Blair Oaks team would have been a good match up for the 2013 Lamar team.
As with many state games the real state championship was played last week between Blair Oaks and Lutheran North.

So you are saying this Blair oaks team is possibly the greatest class 2 team in the history of Missouri? Cause that’s what a lot think about that Lamar’s 13 team
No disrespect to Maryville but I think Blair Oaks beats them by at least 3 TD's maybe more if they play right now. Blair Oaks has improved a bunch from that game and I know Maryville has too. But Blair Oaks actually wasn't clicking on offense in that game like they are now. It was the first game in a brand new system, entirely new coaching staff, etc. They missed several throws and timing just wasn't always there, that and they have expanded their offense a bunch since week 1. About midway through the regular season is when they started hitting their stride and then took off from there.
Again Maryville is a great team, this Blair Oaks team just found a whole other level as the season went on. Their first few games they played the scores would be a lot worse if they played them right now. This is definitely the best team Blair Oaks has fielded in their programs history.
Congrats to both Blair Oaks and Maryville on great seasons.
Yup have said it since last week. Blair Oaks could beat a lot of teams in class 3 and 4 as well.
I believe we'll have to wait until Tuesday before the stats update from this massacre. I'll get them involved then, and need to think some more about bracketing and am willing to listen to ideas. They are most certainly in the conversation for the top spot IMHHO.
edit: They didn't fair too well in some mock Calpreps match-ups a few weeks ago, but a lot has changed since then. I hope they are given their due.
Despite being outclassed, I'm happy with who emerged from 'our' side of the bracket. That Lathrop team is legit. Good luck in the future.

Been saying it but Trinity is probaby the 2nd best team in the state after CBC. Maybe Vianney 2nd but thats it.

If it was just one series I would say Trinity the best team in MO. If you had to score 1 touchdown or on defense stop one play. But over a game depth hurts Trinity. Still a top 10 all classes.

Again, Trinity hasn’t even beaten Ritter yet! And even if they do, it’s not like Ritter’s going to mail Maryville the runner-up trophy.

Going be another running clock like class 2. Trinity line going crush Ritter. QB not going have time to pass to the talented Wide recievers and Trinity too quick to outside for Ritter running back to get around the perimeter.
True if you dont explain but us STL Fans seen Trinity lose to East St Louis in Triple OT after being ahead the entire game. ESTL would be a class 6 Power in MO considering they are the winningest program in the state of IL and lost in the 7A Quarters this year.
Trinity HAS that depth and size that would typically be the difference in a class 3 vs 6 game. & they definitely have more talent. Looking through Class 6 (a weak year for that class no real juggernauts), looking through 4/5, like yeah they are the 2nd best team in MO.
This Ladue team that beat Webb has a solid but not even a great offense.
